Army SPC Justin W. Hebert, 20, of Arlington, WA;

assigned to the 319th Field Artillery, 173rd Airborne Brigade, Camp Ederle, Italy;

killed when his vehicle was struck by a rocket propelled grenade in Kirkuk, Iraq.
