Army SPC Justin R. Garcia, 26, of Elmhurst, N.Y.;

assigned to the 1st Battalion, 23rd Infantry Regiment,

3rd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division, Fort Lewis, Wash.;

died Nov. 14 of injuries sustained when an improvised explosive

device detonated near his vehicle during combat operations in Baghdad.
