SSG Kristopher A. Higdon

Army SSG Kristopher A. Higdon, 25, of Odessa, Texas,

died May 22 in Taji, Iraq of wounds suffered when an improvised explosive

devise detonated near their unit.  He was assigned to the

4th Battalion, 9th Infantry Regiment,

4th Brigade, 2nd Infantry Division, Fort Lewis, WA.
