Army SSG Robert K. McGee, 38, of Martinsville, Va.;

assigned to the 2nd Battalion, 1st Special Forces Group, Fort Lewis, Wash.;

died June 30 of non-combat related injuries in Manila, Philippines.

Department of Defense did not release his information until January 7, 2005.
